  I wrote a review last year after a great float experience at True Rest Gilbert. I live in the UK and travel to the US several times each year. My jet lag was normally pretty bad with an 8 hour time difference, but after floating it was almost non existent.
  
  I was back in the US recently and visited the float spa in Gilbert the day after I landed. The staff were so friendly and remembered me from last time. The float was relaxing and I adjusted to US time very quickly and slept well the following few nights.
  
  I visited the float spa again on my way to the airport to fly home. It was great, but the biggest thing was how it helped me adjust back to UK time. I had almost no jet lag and slept well when I got home.
  
  This has happened on my last 2 trips and I have no doubt the float reduced the jet lag significantly. I will visit True Rest in Gilbert on my next US visit and recommend it to anyone. It is very relaxing and the positive effects are way better than I expected.
  
  I had a wonderful experience at True Rest Float Spa in Gilbert. I live in the UK and travel to the USA several times each year. It is a 10 hour flight and 8 hour time difference so the jet lag is normally pretty tough. I had a float the day after I arrived and it was amazing.
  
  I was deeply relaxed and very peaceful in a way I can’t remember experiencing before. I felt great and slept really well over the following few nights. I adjusted to the time zone faster than normal and the effects of jet lag were minimal.
  
  I was impressed by the beautiful environment in the spa and fantastic staff, who were very friendly and helpful. It is beautifully decorated and feels very calm and peaceful. It was spotlessly clean too which I liked. I enjoyed a nice herbal tea in the oxygen bar after.
  
  I booked myself another float for the day I flew back to the UK and had another wonderful, relaxing experience. I then slept the best ever on an overnight flight and adjusted back to UK time with the least jet lag I have had in over 20 trips. I felt great and the combination of the relaxation and whatever they put in the water had a very positive effect on me.
  
  I will definitely visit the float spa next time I am in the US and use it upon arrival and before departure as it made a huge difference to how I felt and was a very pleasurable experience. All the good things they say about the float spa are true! Thank you to the great team in Gilbert who made me so welcome.
