  We met with a representative at the home and garden show about two weeks ago. We scheduled a time for them to visit and give us an estimate and consult for some new windows. The day before they were supposed to arrive, they called to cofirm. The next day, their arrival time rolled around and no one showed. We waited for an hour, then called. We were on hold for 30 minutes then transferred to a voicemail.
  We were very interesting in utilizing their services, but this was a horrible first impression so we will not move forward with this company.
