  Country Club Atmosphere For Employees!
  Hours of operation are from 0800-1600hrs. I arrived at 1445hrs only to find out that the only worker at Patient Registration/Eligibility on duty bailed out at 1430hrs and the other 2 assigned workers were no-shows that day. No other employees were available to help. This is the 2nd time I have sought services only to find out no staff were available having bailed out early. As much as I try to support and defend the VA, occurrences by irresponsible staff make it extremely difficult. Supervisors need to do their job and keep staff ON THE JOB during business hours!

  I went to Dr. Simon twice. I was informed he left which is fine. I didn't like him anyway. Now I have no psychiatrist and no refills on my medicine. Finally, after calling White House 24 hour helpline I have a psych appointment but in the meantime no medicine.
