  We had recently purchased a new dishwasher but the installers said we needed to have our hot and cold water valves replaced because they were really corroded. We were given a quote by a different plumbing company but we wanted a second opinion and to see if we could get a lower price. I spoke with Kelly on the phone and she was very professional and understanding. They sent out Doc and he reviewed the situation and noticed that other work needed to be done as well and gave us some options. He was very patient as we were considering our choices and did not pressure us but explained the importance of getting things fixed asap. So he fixed the water valves and was very courteous, made me feel at ease and was very professional. He was even willing to get another part that we also needed out of his truck to show me the quality in comparison to what we had even though we did not plan to purchase it. He offered a comparable price to begin with and then knocked off another $50 when it was all said and done. Very pleased with the services, would recommend, will keep them in mind in the future.
