  This location continues to be an issue.
  
  We placed an order online and arrived after the "Ready by" time. The person at the counter said our order wasn't ready and then less than a minute later yelled our name out. We had just given her the name.
  
  One order was charged for extra chicken but the chicken in that order was equal to the meat in the other order. It was also supposed to have extra vegetables, but barely had the original vegetables. We also ordered a large drink. The person behind the counter was giving drinks to those waiting and when we pointed out we paid for a drink her response was "I don't know, here."
  
  My wife and I really like Pei Wei's food, but the below par service at this location has convinced us to go elsewhere.
