    Wow! I have been making monthly payments religiously and realized they did not call me last month for my monthly payment. So that I didn't get off track, I made a phone call and left a message asking them to please call me so that I could make a payment. No call back and 1 week later I receive a notice from a bill collector for the amount I owe. Real classy Gilbert ER!
