  Not a great experience here for my small order. Ordered 1 gallon of paint and 1 gallon of tinted primer at noon and was advised to return the following morning and it would be ready at that time as they were busy. (Note: the customer checking out right next to me was told they could wait?) Strange. Arrived at 8:30 the next morning and the order was not done. I communicated to the clerk that the customer service was lacking. 20 minutes later the assistant manager brought me my order. He asked if he could refund the cost and I'm very glad he offered because when I got the paint home I discovered the primer had never been tinted. Wow. At nearly $50 a gallon, I would expect better service.
