  This place is a ripoff. There staff is unfriendly and they try to charge you for things unnecessarily. We had a Kenmore softener that broke and had to be replaced but they refused to replace it with a Kenmore model and would only use their model which had to have special pipe fittings and they wanted to charge us $250.00 for that and a disposal fee of $60.00 for the Kenmore appliance. The unit they wanted to replace it with was some no name manufacturer that obviously would be a bad buy because then if it broke who do you think you would have to contact to replace/fix it? Beware of this company, others like Benjamin plumbing are ten times better.
