  I've been dealing with a missing package case for the past 2 weeks. I've been in contact with the Carrier Supervisor, Diana McLaughlin, another Diana and also a gentleman named Chris and they ALL have been so AMAZING. Even though my package still hasn't turned up. The staff at this office have been so helpful and kind to me. They truly care about resolving any issues you may have. Professional, respectful, top of the notch customer service at this location!

  The mail is constantly misdelivered to the wrong person’s mailbox. Yesterday I received nine pieces of mail for my neighbor and I am wondering where my mail is. I receive notifications from Informed Delivery, a snapshot of my scanned mail to be delivered each day so I know what should be in my box which is not nine pieces of my neighbor’s mail. During the holidays, the mail was delivered after 8 pm each night. Awful service. Excuse is they don’t have enough carriers. Well hire some then. It’s not my fault you are seriously understaffed. You have one thing to do. Deliver the mail on time and correctly.
