  I came to Oasis on a recommendation from a family member and was immediately impressed with their service. I had been to other mechanics and had bad experiences including having to return multiple times to have the same issue fixed properly. Oasis won my loyalty with their professionalism and honesty. They were able to fix an issue for a fraction of what another mechanic had quoted. However, your organization has recently done away with appointments and functions on a first come first serve basis. This does not work with my schedule nor is it a solid marketing tactic. The demographic for the Gilbert location consists of families with hectic lives and responsibilities outside of full-time jobs. I count on scheduling to negotiate time management and can't understand why a customer should be placed in a position to call multiple times to have work done on a vehicle or risk damage to a vehicle because someone else got there first and their mechanical issue can't be immediately addressed based on work load. This philosophy is going to cost Oasis business and may cost them mine which is an unfortunate consequence due to lack of convenience. I prefer to have my vehicle worked on timely when it works for me. I am unwilling to take time off from work to have my auto repairs done and I shouldn't have to.
