  DO NOT TRUST THEIR SALESPEOPLE! We have placed two orders with Living Spaces and each time we were misled by the salesperson when it comes to delivery. The first order was for a couch and coffee table and we bought based on their assuring us that we would have it in 3-4 weeks. After three weeks and no communication, we called and they said this is now back ordered another 2-3 weeks...three weeks later its another 4-6 weeks. Finally we canceled the order and found a better option that was delivered the next day. Second order was simply a bed frame for our daughter, again told it would be available for pickup on 1/13. Again, had not heard from anyone on 1/13 we visit the store and they say it will be available in 4-6 weeks and that the salesperson should've told us that when we made the purchase. He assured us that he would look into it and call us that day or the next or have the store manager call...never got a call. Called their customer service and they started a case telling me they would call within 24-48 hours to resolve the issue...never got a call. My conclusion, either their sales staff isn't informed or they tell you what you want to hear so they can get the sale and customer service inst a priority...save your time and aggravation.
